Rumor: Amex Platinum Could Add $250 Airbnb Credit
American Express could be preparing a new Airbnb benefit for the Platinum Card, according to information spotted in what appears to be an Amex test environment.
The rumored changes reported at USCF include a new $250 annual Airbnb Experience credit, although there looks to be an important catch. The credit may need to be unlocked by first booking an eligible Airbnb Luxe stay. The same source also says the current Fine Hotels + Resorts credit could be rebranded as a broader “Lodge Credit” that would also work with certain Airbnb luxury stays.
