Capital One Introduces Rebranded Venture Business Cards

Capital One announced today that it is rebranding two popular business credit cards. Starting April 14, Spark Miles and Spark Miles Select will be renamed to Venture Business and VentureOne Business, respectively. Venture Business also introduces brand-new benefits. Let’s check out the details.

The Capital One Venture Business now get the following new benefits:

  • A $50 annual Capital One Business Travel credit, applicable to eligible bookings made through Capital One Business Travel, Capital One’s all‑in‑one business travel management platform
  • Up to $50 annual advertising or software statement credit on eligible purchases across key categories that small businesses rely on to operate and grow.

For a limited time, new Venture Business cardholders can also earn a signup bonus of up to 150,000 miles: 75,000 miles when they spend $7,500 in the first 3 months, plus an additional 75,000 miles when they spend $30,000 in the first 6 months. MilesTalk reports that for new Venture Business customers, Capital One will not report to personal credit bureaus as long as an account remains in good standing. You can see the offer here.

  • A competitive $95 annual fee
  • Unlimited 2X miles on every purchase
  • Unlimited 5X miles on hotels and rental cars booked through Capital One Business Travel, Capital One’s all-in-one business travel management platform
  • Up to $120 Global Entry/TSA PreCheck® credit

VentureOne Business Card

VentureOne Business is a strong, accessible entry point for small businesses seeking simple and reliable travel rewards without the added cost or complexity. Cardholders can expect a straightforward rewards and benefits structure with no annual fee, including:

  • Unlimited 1.5X miles on every purchase with no categories to track or restrictions to manage
  • Unlimited 5X miles on hotels and rental cars booked through Capital One Business Travel

The signup bonus is 50,000 bonus miles after spending $4,500 in the first three months as a new cardholder.
