As we close out 2025, it has been incredible to witness the new ways AI and technology continue to transform and be applied across all aspects of the insurance lifecycle — from client servicing to managing email communications and summarizing key account information. It’s an exciting and pivotal moment for the industry, and I’m thrilled to step into the role of SVP and General Manager at EZLynx.

Over the past year at Applied Systems, I’ve had the privilege of leading Inside Sales, Account Management, Business Development, and Alliance Partnerships. This experience allowed me to connect with so many incredible customers, partners, and team members, deepening my appreciation for what makes EZLynx truly special: a shared commitment to empowering independent agents to be twice as productive and thrive through thoughtful, practical tools.

Ultimately, we know we’re delivering on our promise when agencies not only choose EZLynx to power their business but continue to remain with us — and the results speak for themselves. We’re particularly proud that the average tenure of EZLynx customers is ten years, a remarkable milestone in an industry where long-term technology partnerships are often uncommon.

This is why we’ve made it our mission to continually add value for our agency partners, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to grow and succeed so they can continue to compete, win, and thrive. While we’ve made tremendous progress in helping agencies operate more efficiently and strengthen their business, but we know there is still more work to be done.

Here’s what we focused on in 2025 and what I’m most excited to continue building on:

EVA (EZLynx Virtual Assistant), our built-in assistant that help agencies work smarter, has been upgraded with new capabilities to save you time and reduce busywork. With features like Account Summarization, agents can quickly view overviews of client activity, while EVA Content Assist takes the guesswork out of drafting professional client emails with AI-generated copy. After-Hours Text Replies now allow automated messages to be sent even when agents are off the clock, helping drive client retention and ensuring clients always feel connected.

At EZLynx, we know how costly and complex commercial liens submissions can be, so we set out to simplify the process. This year, we launched EZLynx’s new single-stream commercial lines workflow, providing a unified, repeatable path for submissions that makes the process seamless. With embedded commercial lines rating (generally available in Q1), agents can access real-time quotes directly within the workflow. Automated ACORD form generation ensures documents are pre-populated and ready for carriers, reducing errors and saving valuable time.

Staying connected with clients and growing your book of business remains a top priority. In 2025, we expanded our client communication tools with dynamic personalization for text messaging, allowing agents to include client-specific details like names or assigned producers in SMS messages. Updates to our email campaigns now include step-by-step workflow guides, making it easier than ever to set up, schedule, and send automated campaigns. Additionally, our new one-click Google Review requests enable agents to instantly request client reviews after key interactions, capturing positive feedback while it’s top of mind.

Our Customer Success team continues to be deeply committed to empowering agency growth. This year, we introduced a collection of interactive webinars covering topics such as risk-proofing your agency, commercial lines innovations, and renewal best practices. We also expanded our support article library and launched EVA Product Assistance, an AI-powered tool that helps agents seamlessly navigate EZLynx features in real-time.

I’m incredibly excited about what’s ahead for EZLynx and the opportunities we have to continue driving innovation and impact across the industry.
